Address Correction: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the address correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after submitting an order. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping at that time. 


Preferred shipping method: BioStar US uses the United States Postal Service and FedEX. You can choose your preferred shipping method upon checkout. All orders placed Monday – Friday are shipped within two business days. Package transit times will depend on where you're located and what shipping method you've selected. Consult the map as a general guideline. If you don't see a viable shipping option during checkout, or would prefer another carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to find an optimal solution.


• Delivery schedules:  We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible and give you the best shipping service for the cost.  We occasionally suggest an alternate shipping method for our customers.  However, once a package leaves our facility, we're subject to the shipper's fallibility.

Actual rates: We make every effort to decrease your costs, so if we find a less expensive option, your actual shipping charge may be less than originally estimated. We'll only charge your account the revised amount and an updated invoice will be sent via email.


PO boxes: If you use a post office box, shipment will automatically go out via USPS, as FedEX does not deliver to PO boxes. 


USPS Ground Advantage:  First class and Parcel Post have been merged at USPS to be "Ground Advantage." Priority Mail is an upgrade that includes tracking. If your previous orders have been shipped through First Class or Parcel Post, you may see Ground Advantage as your current option.


Priority mail: Priority mail delivery schedule is determined by USPS, and is only an estimate.  Your label may say two-day priority mail, for example, but the postal service does not guarantee its arrival date.


• FedEx Express:  If you need a guaranteed date of delivery, choose FedEx Express. Note that we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery from our end, but it is ultimately the responsibility of FedEx to deliver.  Certain circumstances may arise where FedEX is unable to deliver expedited packages on time due to unexpected weather events, remoteness of location, etc. -- otherwise, this service is guaranteed.


FedEx home delivery: FedEx Home delivers on Tuesdays through Saturdays only.


Backorders: If a product is on backorder, you will be contacted with an approximate ship date. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping times will vary, but email tracking will be provided to each customer to monitor the whereabouts of their package.


International orders: International orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx unless otherwise specified.  Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged in checkout.


• Local pickup: Free local pickup is available for those who are near to our offices.  If you select this option during checkout, you will need to come to our facility in Gordonsville, VA to get your items.  Your order will be held for ten business days, unless you set up a special arrangement with us.  We are open Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Please contact us for directions, answers to your questions, or to arrange a pickup.


Auto-ship Subscriptions: BioStar offers 50% off shipping on USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground Home Delivery shipments of ongoing auto-shipped orders.  Other shipping methods, and one-time shipments are regular live rate prices.

• When you select the AutoShip option for an item, you will automatically receive a 50% discount on shipping every time we send out your recurring order!  Our small handling fee still applies to cover materials.
• You will receive an email 4-5 days before your next autoship to let you know your next delivery is approaching. Be sure to check your products, shipping method, and dates before the shipping date. Once an order is processed, we cannot change it. The only thing we can do is see if the package gets returned back to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping at that time.
