Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, please reach out to us.
You may return a product for a refund or store credit within 90 days of purchase. 

• Out-of-date products, products within 30 days of their expiration date, and BULK items will not be accepted for refund. Store credit may be issued instead.

• If an item is damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped by BioStar, please contact Customer Service immediately.

• If you are returning an auto-shipped product or products because you forgot to change your shipping date, we will refund your return, less shipping and handling costs.

If returning an item for full refund, we will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print and place on your box to be dropped off at the nearest FedEx location. If you prefer another shipping method, you may send your return to:
